Consumer Protection Act Compliant Generic Services Agreement – Provider

We will shortly make available the following products:

1. a CPA-compliant services agreement between a juristic person supplier and a natural person consumer;
2. a CPA-compliant services agreement where both supplier and consumer are juristic persons;
3. a CPA-compliant services agreement where both supplier and consumer are natural parties;
4. a CPA-compliant services agreement between a natural person supplier and a juristic person consumer.

On this site we have a Generic Services Agreement – Provider and a Generic Services Agreement-Receiver where theentity consuming services is big business and to which the CPA does not apply. (The supplier here can be either a natural or juristic person.)
