This notice is issued in terms of section 16 of the Companies Act, 2008, and Regulation 15 (2) and (3) of the Companies Regulations, 2011. This Annexure must be filed with a Notice of amendment, only if the amendment has changed the ring fencing status of the Memorandum of Incorporation.
