EXPLANATORY NOTES FOR THE PERSONAL CONFIDENTIALITY UNDERTAKING THAT FORMS ANNEXURE A TO THE BILATERALLY APPLICABLE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT, AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THIS WEBSITE

This undertaking must be signed by individuals who will be privy to the confidential information that the parties to the bi-laterally applicable confidentiality agreement share. A practical illustration of this would be when two juristic parties sign the agreement, but the actual individuals also need to be bound to the agreement; that is why personal confidentiality undertakings are required.
