This is a Share Subscription Agreement that is to be used where there is only one current shareholder and where the company only has NO par value shares in existence.

Please do not use this precedent where the issuing company has more than one current shareholder, or where the company has par value shares in existence. Precedents regulating the latter shall be made available;e on this site shortly.
